Rodd Camargo - Digital Social Marketing
COMUNICA QUE MUDA
ComunicaQueMuda was a digital initiative by nova/sb, an agency specializing in public interest, aimed at communicating palatable messages on taboo and complex topics across social networks. I was responsible for spearheading the project, which started from scratch with little to no engagement. We began with extensive monitoring of topics such as marijuana decriminalization, suicide, waste, and intolerance on social media. After understanding each topic and analyzing social network behavior—identifying the most accepted formats, the posts with the highest engagement, and the most important terms—we guided the project from zero to nearly 500,000 people in 6 months, with absolutely no media investment.
The results were due to the constant improvement of daily creation and analysis processes. With daily agendas and leveraging social media trends, we won the Impact Award at Social Media Week 2017. For almost 2 years, we had a vibrant creative and innovation core, exploring different viralization formats and techniques. This experience greatly helped me establish a methodology that works to maximize the potential of any niche or network, achieving over 20 million views during the active period of the project.

AZEITE SABIÁ
I had the pleasure of being there when Azeite Sabiá took its first steps. I also witnessed the beginning of Brazilian olive oil production. Sabiá is an ultra-premium olive oil that has won over 100 international awards. During my time working as a social media manager and copywriter for Sabiá, I was able to closely follow the daily evolution of content creation and the consistent application of strategic foundations and performance reports. Sabiá is growing faster than all its competitors and, in a short time, will be the Brazilian olive oil with the largest digital presence.
